EmpowerHIM is a transformational workshop training designed for men in a transitional season of their lives. EmpowerHIM is built on the ancient laws of divine order: identity, responsibility, discipline, and brotherhood. EmpowerHIM creates a safe space for men to reflect, reset, and receive guidance for their next chapter. Participants gain clarity and strength. We help men move from the “far country of chaos and survival back into alignment with truth, grace, and purpose.

Package One: 90-Minute Session:
EmpowerHIM 90-Minute Workshop – Nonprofit & Community Partner Rate: $1,200
This rate is for churches, shelters, community organizations, and grassroots programs serving men in transition. The workshop accommodates up to 40 participants, includes pre-session planning, and provides follow-up reflection prompts to support men in continuing their transformational journey beyond the session.
45 Minutes:
Core Teaching & Skill-Building
Uses the story of the Prodigal Son to explore real-life decisions, detours, and turning points.
Helps men understand what it means to “come to yourself” and choose to return to God, purpose, and their true identity.
Shifts the focus from shame and failure to grace, restoration, and sonship.
Teaches how thoughts, mindset, and patterns influence daily choices and long-term outcomes.
Introduces simple, faith-based tools such as daily check-in questions and identity declarations.
Equips men with small, practical actions they can start using immediately to move from surviving to intentionally rebuilding their lives.
15 minutes – Interactive Q&A / Group Discussion
Participants ask questions, share challenges, and explore real-life scenarios
30 minutes – Application & Next Steps
Guides men through a brief written reflection on where they are now and what they want to rebuild (faith, family, finances, future, etc.).
Helps each participant identify 1–3 key focus areas to work on after the workshop.
Walks men through creating a simple, realistic “rebuild plan” with small weekly action steps.
Encourages sharing in pairs or small groups to build support, accountability, and brotherhood.
Introduces practical daily tools such as a “one daily move” habit, check-in questions, and identity statements.
Invites men to commit to specific next steps and ongoing accountability beyond the workshop.

EmpowerHIM: 3-Session Success Series
The EmpowerHIM: Return & Rebuild 3-Session Success Series is a faith-based personal development experience for men in transition who are ready to stop drifting and start rebuilding. Each 60–90 minute session combines teaching, real conversation, and simple next steps that men can begin applying right away—without overwhelming them with information.
Session 1 – Coming to Yourself: Awakening & Return
Men are invited to take an honest look at where they are, what led them there, and what it means to decide to “come home” and start again.
Session 2 – The Father Ran: Grace, Forgiveness & Identity
This session centers on grace over shame, helping men see themselves differently and begin to embrace a restored identity and sense of worth.
Session 3 – Back in the House: Rebuilding, Responsibility & Purpose
Men are guided to think about what rebuilding looks like in real life and leave with clear, realistic next steps they can continue to build on after the series.

6-Session Success Journey
The EmpowerHIM: Prodigal to Purpose 6-Session Success Journey is a deeper, faith-based transformational track for men who are ready to do more than just “get back on their feet”—they’re ready to build a new way of living. Each 60–90 minute session blends ancient truth, real-world honesty, and practical next steps that can be applied in everyday life, at a pace men can actually sustain.
Session 1 – The Far Country: Owning Where You Are
Men take an honest look at their current season, patterns, and choices, and begin to recognize what their “far country” looks like.
Session 2 – Coming to Yourself: Awakening & Repentance
This session focuses on the turning point—seeing clearly, taking responsibility, and understanding what it really means to “arise and go.”
Session 3 – The Father’s Heart: Grace, Restoration & Sonship
Men are introduced to a different picture of God and themselves, shifting from shame and punishment to grace, restoration, and true identity.
Session 4 – House Rules: Habits, Structure & Responsibility
Here, participants explore the power of routine, discipline, and small daily decisions that support long-term change.
Session 5 – Brothers & Relationships: Walking with Others
This session highlights healthy brotherhood, accountability, and relationships that help men grow instead of pulling them backward.
Session 6 – From Prodigal to Purpose: Future, Legacy & Next Steps
Men are invited to envision who they are becoming, clarify their next steps, and commit to simple, ongoing practices that support a life of purpose and legacy.
