The 2025/2027 Association Ethics (4-Hour) course is designed to help real estate professionals fulfill their ethics training requirement while deepening their understanding of how ethical standards apply in daily practice. This course reviews key association ethics principles, including honesty in advertising, accurate representation of property and services, fair treatment of clients and customers, and cooperation with other real estate professionals.

Through expanded case studies, scenario-based discussions, and practical examples, learners explore how to handle conflicts of interest, multiple-offer situations, confidentiality concerns, compensation disputes, and interactions with the public and fellow members. By the end of this 4-hour course, students will clearly understand their ethical duties, know how to avoid common violations, and be equipped to uphold a higher standard of professionalism—while earning 4 hours of approved ethics credit for the 2025–2027 cycle.
