The EmpowerHer 6-Session Journey is a personal development program that walks women step-by-step through identity, healing, mindset renewal, boundaries, and purpose. Over six powerful sessions, participants move from surviving to truly thriving as they learn who they are in God, release past hurts, reset their thinking, and create clear next steps for their lives.

Six 90-minute sessions for churches, shelters, and community organizations (up to 40 participants), including pre-session planning and follow-up reflection prompts/resources.
